Wanneroo Horse and Pony Club (WHPC) was established in 1965. Our large grounds, including grassed arenas and a cross country course are set in native bushland within the City of Wanneroo.
As a club WHPC is dedicated to fostering the aims of Pony Club Western Australia (PCWA). WHPC's fantastic group of instructors share a passion for horse riding and horsemanship and are eager to pass on their knowledge to our riders.
WHPC hosts monthly rallies and numerous events including Combined Training Days, Show Jump Training Days, Hack Shows and aim to include Hicksteads in the future. We cater for all ages and abilities and encourage and support our riders to compete at all the PCWA Championships and to represent our club at events throughout the year.
To encourage young people to ride and to enjoy all kinds of sports connected with horses and riding.
To provide instruction in riding and horsemastership and to instil in members the proper care of their animals.
To promote the highest ideals of sportsmanship, citizenship and loyalty, thereby cultivating strength of character and self-discipline.
